We can complete a financing request with you by phone, so no one has to use the online form to get service. We aim to respond to accessibility requests within 2 business days.
What we've done
- A "Skip to main content" link and a logical heading structure for screen reader and keyboard users
- Every feature, including menus, calculators, forms and pop-ups, works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA, and text that can be resized up to 200%
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
- Respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting
- An Accessibility assistance button on the home page to adjust text size, contrast, link highlighting, motion, text spacing and font. These settings are saved only on your device.
- Automated accessibility testing and manual keyboard checks before each update
Known limitations
- The "Get financing" form is provided by our companion site, firstoptioncapital.net, and is shown inside a pop-up. If you have trouble using it, call us and we'll take your request by phone.
- Some third-party content, such as social media pages and review platforms, is outside our control.
